Our Chef Wen Ciou

started cooking from the tender age of ten, as to be expected from a third generation Taiwanese chef. Under the tutelage of her grandparents and extended family she helped prepare professional dishes for a vast array of functions and events. She became renowned for her passion and creativity with food. 
After finishing her university studies she was approached by the Tayih Landis, a five star hotel, and quickly garnered a formidable reputation as a professional chef.
Wen uses the combination of her Asian and Western inspirations to create highly sophisticated dishes. We are very lucky to have such an experienced chef cooking in our kitchen, we entice you to come in and try her tasty creation here at Taiko.
